Return & Exchange Policy

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 21 days of receipt for a Return Authorization.
  • Returns/Exchanges without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt will not be accepted.
  • All Returns/Exchanges must be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.
  • Items must be shipped back to Hydra marine Fishing Equipment's  in packaging that ensures the item will not be damaged in transit.
  • Hydra marine Fishing will not pay shipping for returns.
  • If an item does not meet the criteria above, a return may be denied, or be subject to a restocking fee.
